Well, it seems like Gallade actually wasn't my last vector. Here's Jigglypuff!
The fcat that this was very simple to do contributed to the fact that it's up. Only took me prolly 20-30 minutes.
I don't like the mouth tho... oh well. Now I really don't have that class anymore, so i can't really fix it.
Well, I could, but I'm lazy.
